Rezn8 has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, spam, scams, abusive behavior, or abusive users.

To report a safety issue, use the in-app report option on content, messages, profiles, livestreams, moments, or comments. You may also contact us directly at group@rezn8.ai.

We review safety and moderation reports within 24 hours. When content or users violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, we may remove the content, restrict access, suspend the account, or ban the user from Rezn8.

General support requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.

Users can block abusive users from inside the app. When a user is blocked, that user's content is removed from the blocking user's feed and the block may be reviewed by our moderation team as part of our safety process.

If you are unable to access your account, include the email address associated with your Rezn8 account when contacting support. For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before making changes.

To request account deletion, email group@rezn8.ai from the email address associated with your Rezn8 account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

Some records, such as transaction, payout, tax, safety, or legal compliance records, may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business and safety purposes.
