Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Rezn8, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Rezn8 on behalf of a company, studio, or label, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rezn8 and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to receive payouts, sell beats or sample packs, license sync rights, or enter into bookings as a studio operator.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, two-factor authentication device, and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@rezn8.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain all rights you already hold in audio files, stems, beats, sample packs, sessions, messages, and other content you upload to Rezn8. You grant Rezn8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, transcode, analyze (including BPM, key, and AI insights), and display your content solely as needed to operate the service and provide it to your collaborators.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for any content you upload, including samples, splits, and collaborator contributions.

Rezn8 facilitates transactions between users for studio bookings, beat sales, sample pack sales, sync licensing, gear rentals, tutor sessions, gigs, and similar offerings. Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees apply as described on the relevant feature pages and are subject to change with notice.

You are responsible for accurately describing your offerings, honoring confirmed bookings, and complying with applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

You will not upload content that infringes another party's rights, harass other users, attempt to bypass platform fees by routing payments off-platform, reverse-engineer the service, or use Rezn8 to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create undue risk to other users, or fail to pay amounts owed. You may close your account at any time; certain records (transactions, splits, payouts, payment compliance data) will be retained as required by law.

Rezn8 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezn8 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Rezn8 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
