Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email, password hash, profile image, bio, user type (musician, studio owner), authentication identifiers from Google or Apple if you sign in with those providers, and 2FA configuration.

Content: audio uploads, stems, beats, sample packs, session files, messages, comments, and metadata you submit while using collaboration, marketplace, livestream, or community features.

Transaction data: Stripe customer and Connect identifiers, payment intent IDs, payout records, refund records, invoices, and the marketplace category of each transaction. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data directly.

Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, feature usage counts, and similar telemetry used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use your information to provide and operate Rezn8, authenticate you, process payments and payouts, run audio analysis and AI insights you request, send notifications you have opted into, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

Audio analysis (BPM, key, spectral, danceability, segmentation) runs on Rezn8 infrastructure. AI-generated insights may be produced by sending derived, non-identifying audio descriptors to a third-party model provider (such as OpenAI). We do not send your raw audio to third-party model providers without your explicit action.

We share information with: (a) other users when you choose to collaborate, publish, or sell; (b) infrastructure providers (Stripe for payments, AWS for storage and live streaming, our email provider, our analytics providers); and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Files are stored on AWS S3. Database records are stored on managed PostgreSQL. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We use TLS in transit and follow industry practices for access control. No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities to security@rezn8.ai.

You can update or delete most account information from your settings. You can request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@rezn8.ai. Some records (financial, tax, dispute) are retained as required by law.

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management, and a small number of third-party tools for product analytics and error monitoring. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break sign-in.

Rezn8 operates in the United States. By using the service from other regions, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and its processing there.

Rezn8 is not intended for users under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
