DMCA Policy

Rezn8 respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Rezn8 infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@rezn8.ai that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL on Rezn8 where it appears.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. What we do with notices

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it, and forward the notice to that user. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter- notice to dmca@rezn8.ai that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where Rezn8 may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order against you.

4. False claims

Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
